Responsibilities

• Regularly check and report on material inventories.
• Ensure clear communication with team members regarding project timelines.
• Perform verification tests on installation quality and effectiveness.
• Prepare and present reports on installation progress to management.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Firestop installation certification desired

Experience

• 2+ years in a similar role preferred

Technical Skills

• Fire safety knowledge
• Power tools proficiency

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Communication skills

Certifications

• Forklift certification plus

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of building codes: Familiar with local and national building codes and regulations.
• Previous mentoring experience: Prior experience training junior installers is a plus.
