Job Description

A Last Remodeler Repairer is accountable for the repair, maintenance, and remodeling of various structures. This role requires proficiency with various tools and materials to ensure buildings remain in excellent condition while complying with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections to evaluate the repair needs of various structures.
• Execute renovations including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Manage installation of fixtures and ensure quality control.
• Work collaboratively with project teams to meet deadlines.
• Document all work activities accurately.
• Follow all safety protocols to minimize risk.
• Estimate project costs and provide accurate pricing.
• Engage with clients to discuss their needs and expectations.

Requirements

Education
