We are on the hunt for a skilled Paver Layer to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in laying paving stones and experience with diverse materials to create stunning outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities

• Assess project sites to determine the best materials and techniques.
• Work alongside other laborers to perform large-scale paving projects.
• Ensure consistent quality in the laying of pavers to meet company standards.
• Monitor material inventory and request supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with project managers to update project timelines and expectations.
• Document work completed by maintaining daily logs and reports.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in construction or masonry

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in paving or construction

Technical Skills

• Blueprint Reading
• Physical Endurance

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of local building codes: Familiarity with regulations applicable to paving installations.
• Landscaping experience: Experience in landscaping or outdoor design is a plus.
