Job Description

As a Solar Energy Installation Manager, you will lead the planning, development, and execution of solar projects from start to finish. You will coordinate with teams across various functions, manage budgets, and ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project timelines and deliverables for solar installation projects.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to align project goals with expectations.
• Ensure all project activities are completed in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and manage project-related risks proactively.
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of resources.
• Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and analyze reports on project costs, timelines, and performance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Renewable Energy or relevant field
• Master's degree in a related area is a plus

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing solar energy projects
