Job Description

As a Textile Bleaching and Dyeing Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in the processing of hides and the production of leather goods. This position demands physical stamina, keen attention to detail, and expertise in tanning and dyeing machinery. You will be tasked with operating equipment to ensure the excelsior quality of leather products.

Responsibilities

• Run and supervise the dyeing and bleaching machines.
• Evaluate the quality of hides pre- and post-processing.
• Mix and prepare chemicals for the dyeing process.
• Track dye batches and maintain detailed records.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Work closely with the quality control team for product consistency.
• Safeguard materials and minimize waste during production.
• Provide feedback on machinery performance and suggest improvements.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss production goals and strategies.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Technical training in textile processing preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in the leather industry
