• Advise on policy modifications to decrease risk exposure.
• Maintain compliance with underwriting guidelines and regulations.
• Mentor junior underwriters and support their development.
• Engage with industry stakeholders to enhance knowledge and networking.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Advanced degree or professional certification is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in underwriting, risk management, or insurance
