Job Description
The Cost and Sales Record Supervisor is responsible for effectively managing and overseeing all financial transactions associated with sales. This role requires a solid understanding of accounting principles and a strong aptitude for data analysis.
Responsibilities
Ensure the accuracy of all sales transaction records and assist in the reconciliation processes.
Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies as required.
Identify discrepancies in financial data and work to resolve them promptly.
Generate monthly and quarterly financial statements for review.
Provide insight and recommendations based on financial analysis to enhance business decisions.
Oversee the implementation of new accounting software if needed.
Work closely with IT to simplify and automate accounting processes.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's in Business Administration
Master's in Finance is a plus
Experience
3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role in finance or accounting
