Job Description

The Cost and Sales Record Supervisor is responsible for effectively managing and overseeing all financial transactions associated with sales. This role requires a solid understanding of accounting principles and a strong aptitude for data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accuracy of all sales transaction records and assist in the reconciliation processes.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies as required.
  • Identify discrepancies in financial data and work to resolve them promptly.
  • Generate monthly and quarterly financial statements for review.
  • Provide insight and recommendations based on financial analysis to enhance business decisions.
  • Oversee the implementation of new accounting software if needed.
  • Work closely with IT to simplify and automate accounting processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's in Business Administration
  • Master's in Finance is a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role in finance or accounting
