Join our dynamic team as a Loss Prevention Manager, where you'll be responsible for minimizing losses and ensuring the safety of our stores. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement effective loss prevention policies while training store associates on best practices.

Responsibilities

• Create and oversee loss prevention strategies that minimize shrinkage.
• Develop training materials and programs for loss prevention staff.
• Analyze theft data and develop reports to present to senior management.
• Coordinate with the security team to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Lead investigations for high-profile theft incidents.
• Review footage from surveillance systems for investigation purposes.
• Ensure all store associates are aware of safety procedures.
• Engage with community law enforcement to enhance security measures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or Security Management

Experience

• 5 years of experience in loss prevention and management in retail

Technical Skills

• Incident Reporting
• Crisis Management

Certifications

• Certified Protection Professional (CPP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
