Ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining the beauty of our clients' outdoor spaces and ensuring that gardens, lawns, and landscapes are in top condition. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a passion for working outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Effectively use gardening tools and equipment to ensure high-quality landscaping.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and safety.
• Assist in layout planning and design for new installations.
• Support seasonal preparation tasks, including mulching and planting.
• Conduct regular inspections of landscape areas for maintenance needs.
• Engage with clients to provide updates and gather feedback on services.
• Comply with environmental regulations related to landscaping and groundskeeping.
• Document the progress of work orders and tasks for accuracy.
• Collaborate with other team members to deliver exceptional service.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a landscaping course is preferred

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in landscaping or gardening

Languages
