We are seeking a skilled Lump Room Supervisor to manage our operations in the lump room. Ideal candidates should possess a solid understanding of lump room processes and have prior experience in overseeing a team.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all activities in the lump room.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Supervise and mentor a trained team of material handlers.
• Manage logistics for incoming and outgoing materials.
• Implement strategies for reducing waste and improving efficiency.
• Provide regular feedback to team members on performance.
• Create detailed reports for upper management regarding lump room operations.
• Identify potential problems and develop solutions proactively.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role within a manufacturing setup
