Job Description

As a Personnel Officer, you will play a pivotal role in defining HR strategies that enhance organizational performance. You will be responsible for recruitment, training, and ensuring compliance with labor laws, alongside developing workplace policies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Analyze workforce needs and create action plans to meet recruitment targets.
  • Implement staff training initiatives that align with career development.
  • Review and adjust employee compensation based on performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws in all HR policies.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure effective communication across departments.
  • Facilitate training sessions on workplace policies and compliance.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and take proactive measures to enhance it.
  • Work with external partners for recruitment and training services.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Relevant certification such as PHR or SPHR is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR roles
