Responsibilities
Oversee the recruitment lifecycle, from crafting job postings to conducting interviews.
Implement employee engagement activities and workshops.
Manage the employee onboarding experience to ensure retention.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and local labor laws.
Administer benefits and payroll, resolving any discrepancies.
Facilitate conflict resolution between employees and management.
Support the development of training materials and programs.
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve processes.
Advantageous
Experience with performance management software: Hands-on experience with tools that track employee performance.
