Job Description

As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be involved in a wide range of HR activities including conducting interviews, onboarding new employees, and enhancing our benefits program. Your contribution will be key in shaping the employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment lifecycle, from crafting job postings to conducting interviews.
  • Implement employee engagement activities and workshops.
  • Manage the employee onboarding experience to ensure retention.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and local labor laws.
  • Administer benefits and payroll, resolving any discrepancies.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution between employees and management.
  • Support the development of training materials and programs.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve processes.

Advantageous
