Job Description

Join our production team as a Sewing Machine Operator! You will be responsible for operating sewing machines, inspecting products, and maintaining production logs. This position requires excellent manual dexterity, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring quality in every facet of the job.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and tend sewing machines for the production of various footwear.
• Inspect all equipment and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Document production and quality control metrics for reporting.
• Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure product meets specifications.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
• Maintain inventory of sewing materials and supplies, alerting management when needed.
• Assist with special projects and production runs as directed by supervisors.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in a similar role is an advantage.
