Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Woodworking Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various woodworking machines, setting up equipment, and ensuring the production of high-quality wooden products.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-production checks on machines to ensure readiness.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels of raw materials.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals.
• Analyze production data and suggest improvements.
• Ensure proper usage and storage of tools and equipment.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in woodworking preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience as a woodworking machine operator

Technical Skills

• Lathe Operation
• Quality Control

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with CAD software: Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings for production specifications.
• Experience in a fast-paced production environment: Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
