Job Description

As a Shoe Machine Operator, you will operate and maintain industrial sewing machines, stitching together various materials to construct high-quality footwear. Your role will involve performing routine machine maintenance, ensuring the production of superior products, and collaborating with the production team to meet deadlines. Attention to detail and a strong understanding of quality specifications are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Set up sewing machines for various fabric types and styles.
  • Review production schedules and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Report any operational discrepancies to the supervisor immediately.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures for safety and quality assurance.

Requirements

Education

  • Experience with specialized materials like Gore-Tex preferred
