Housing Installer

Job Description

The Housing Installer will be responsible for installing and maintaining various fixtures and appliances in residential properties. This role includes working on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems while ensuring high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation projects from start to finish.
• Review and execute plans laid out by architects and engineers.
• Perform high-level troubleshooting on installations.
• Develop relationships with vendors for material procurement.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in home improvement or residential construction.
