Software Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure the quality and functionality of our software products. Your expertise in testing methodologies and defect management will be key to our success in delivering high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional, regression, and load testing of software applications.
• Document and maintain testing processes and procedures.
• Communicate defects and issues effectively to product management and development teams.
• Perform root cause analysis on defects to prevent recurrence.
• Assist in the development of automation scripts to streamline testing processes.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Engage in user acceptance testing to validate software usability.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
• Relevant certifications in software testing are preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality management

Technical Skills

• Selenium
• API Testing

Soft Skills

• Time Management

Certifications

• ISTQB Certified Tester
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
