Job Description

Looking for a detail-oriented Auto Slip Cover Installer who will handle seat cover installations, working with a variety of materials to meet customer specifications and uphold our quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Remove existing covers and prepare surfaces for new installations.
• Ensure materials are cut accurately and fit the vehicles as required.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding material needs and job progress.
• Assist in training new team members by sharing best practices.
• Engage with customers post-installation to ensure satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in installation practices.
• Document installation processes for future reference and training.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Proven experience in automotive slip cover installation preferred.
