UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our passionate team in San Jose. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on user-centered design principles and a keen eye for detail. You will play a key role in designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for a variety of digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create user flows and journey maps to visualize user interactions.
• Prototype interactive designs for user testing and client presentations.
• Assist in writing content for the user interface and ensure it aligns with design goals.
• Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Help maintain design system documentation and resources.
• Collaborate with product managers to align design efforts with business goals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design

• Sketch

Certifications

• UX Certification from Nielsen Norman Group
• Google UX Design Professional Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent
