Requirements

Education

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
• Valid state licensure

Experience

• Experience in outpatient rehabilitation is desired

Certifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (LPT)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certification in Dry Needling: Advanced skills in dry needling techniques.
