Job Description

We are seeking a Health Services Administrator to manage and oversee healthcare operations in our Washington, DC location. In this role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of healthcare services, managing budgets, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. The successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills, a strong administrative background, and a passion for improving healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead quality improvement initiatives within the healthcare facility.
  • Manage risk assessment processes related to patient safety.
  • Work with external agencies to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement among staff.
  • Establish performance metrics for healthcare delivery.
  • Conduct regular reviews of healthcare services and make necessary adjustments.
  • Act as a liaison between management and clinical staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Services or related field
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of healthcare management experience
