Job Description

We are in search of skilled Automotive Service Technicians and Mechanics to join our dedicated team in Detroit. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical abilities to diagnose, repair, and maintain a broad range of vehicles, ensuring safety and satisfaction for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Execute detailed inspections to identify mechanical problems.
• Work with advanced diagnostic tools to troubleshoot issues.
• Service and repair all types of vehicles including electric and hybrid models.
• Maintain inventory of parts and supplies.
• Participate in ongoing training and certifications as required.
• Utilize OEM repair guidelines to ensure quality workmanship.
• Perform post-repair road tests to ensure repairs were effective.
• Document all repairs and services for accurate record-keeping.
• Train and mentor less experienced technicians.
• Embrace a customer-first mentality to enhance their experience.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certificate in Automotive Repair or related field

Experience

• 3+ years in a similar automotive role

Technical Skills

• Hybrid and Electric Vehicle Repair
• Transmission Repair

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Customer Service

Certifications

• Automotive Service Management
• ASE Master Technician Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
