Responsibilities

• Calibrate and operate coating machines to meet production requirements.
• Maintain and troubleshoot coating processes to minimize downtime.
• Ensure that all safety standards and regulations are strictly adhered to.
• Collaborate with quality control personnel to conduct thorough inspections.
• Document daily production and anomalies in machine performance.
• Assist in logistical operations, including material handling.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the production line.
• Train new employees on equipment operation and safety protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss operational improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 3+ years in a manufacturing setting with coating equipment experience preferred

Technical Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
