Job Description

As a Lapper at Innovative Manufacturing Co., you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by operating and maintaining lapping machines to ensure smooth and efficient production. You will collaborate with team members to optimize processes and uphold quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate and adjust lapping machines for optimal performance.
• Document daily production metrics and report to supervisors.
• Participate in regular safety audits and training sessions.
• Provide feedback on machinery and process improvements.
• Ensure all safety equipment is properly used and maintained.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment

Technical Skills

• Precision measuring

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
