Join our team as a Machine Feeder and Offbearer where your primary responsibility will be to operate and maintain drying equipment. This role focuses on process optimization and quality control, ensuring that materials are efficiently dried to meet production standards. Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage the workflow of materials being dried.
• Coordinate with logistics for the timely transfer of materials.
• Assist in the setup of new drying equipment as required.
• Provide feedback on equipment performance and suggest improvements.
• Engage in cross-training across different production roles.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment

Languages

Advantageous
