Job Description

Looking for motivated individuals to fill the Helper position in Construction Trades. You'll assist with drywall and plastering installations, providing essential support to our contractors.

Responsibilities

• Support skilled workers during drywall installation and finishing.
• Help to organize tools and materials at job sites.
• Learn proper usage of construction tools and safety equipment.
• Perform basic tasks under the guidance of lead tradespeople.
• Assist in measuring and cutting drywall to specifications.
• Help in setting up and tearing down scaffolding as needed.
• Participate in team meetings to improve efficiency and safety practices.
• Show adaptability to various tasks on site.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• No experience required; willingness to learn is essential.

Technical Skills

• Physical strength and stamina
• Basic math and measuring skills

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail

Advantageous

• Familiarity with safety protocols: Knowledge of common safety practices and regulations in the construction industry.
• Experience with power tools: Prior use of drills, saws, and sanding equipment is a plus.
