Job Description

As a Loss Prevention Manager, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the company's assets through the implementation of loss prevention strategies. You will lead a team focused on maintaining security, investigating incidents, and ensuring compliance with legal procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Implement effective loss prevention strategies to minimize theft.
  • Conduct thorough investigations and evidence collection.
  • Train staff on security protocols and loss prevention techniques.
  • Analyze loss prevention data to develop actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with HR to address employee-related theft incidents.
  • Prepare incident reports and recommendations for upper management.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures.
  • Conduct undercover operations to identify weaknesses in security.
  • Manage and maintain security equipment and technology.
  • Engage with community and law enforcement partners to enhance safety.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in loss prevention or security management
