As a Cutting and Slicing Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will play a critical role in our bead production process. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that excess materials are trimmed accurately from beads, maintaining our high standards of quality and consistency. Attention to detail is key in this role as you will be inspecting beads for defects and collaborating with team members to meet production targets. Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in bead trimming or similar role

Technical Skills

• Strong manual dexterity
• Ability to follow instructions

Advantageous

• Experience with quality control processes: Familiarity with inspection methods and quality assurance standards.
