Job Description

We are seeking skilled Crushing, Grinding, and Polishing Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to ensure quality and efficiency in our production process. You'll be responsible for setting up machines, monitoring their operation, and ensuring the finished product meets our high standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines based on customer specifications.
• Evaluate equipment performance and report issues to management.
• Adhere to production schedules and quality standards.
• Prepare raw materials and assist in inventory management.
• Participate in safety training and ensure compliance during operations.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain high standards.
• Monitor environmental impacts and implement sustainability practices.
• Prepare reports on production output and machinery status.
• Assist in the identification and implementation of production improvements.
• Perform regular checks on safety equipment and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in machine operation preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in machine operation or manufacturing

Languages

• English: Fluent
