Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Packaging and Filling Machine Operators who will play a crucial role in our production line. The ideal candidates will have experience operating machinery and a keen eye for quality control, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive and log samples in compliance with quality standards.
• Prepare samples for testing by crushing, grinding, and organizing them.
• Regularly maintain and calibrate machinery used in the packaging process.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols at all times.
• Assist in the assembly and setup of packaging lines.
• Record data and document processes for quality control.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Conduct routine inspections of finished products to ensure quality.
• Manage inventory and supply of packaging materials.
• Train new employees on equipment operation and safety procedures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate's degree in relevant field preferred

Experience

• Experience in laboratory settings is a plus.
