Job Description

As a Harvester, you will play a crucial role in our operations by operating harvesting equipment to efficiently collect crops. You'll be responsible for ensuring the proper handling, sorting, and storage of these crops while maintaining a tidy and safe work environment. Responsibilities

• Efficiently operate machines for harvesting crops.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on machinery.
• Correctly classify and store harvested produce.
• Comply with all safety regulations while working.
• Log production and maintenance reports regularly.
• Collaborate with fellow workers to meet production goals.
• Ensure the work environment is organized and safe.
• Report any equipment malfunctions to the manager immediately.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in agricultural roles is a plus.
