We are seeking a motivated Estate Planning Counselor to join our team. You will be responsible for providing personalized estate planning advice to clients, ensuring their assets are properly allocated and protected.
Responsibilities
Facilitate client meetings to discuss estate planning options and documents.
Educate clients about various estate planning tools and options that best meet their needs.
Research and interpret estate planning laws and regulations applicable to client situations.
Collaborate with the team to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
Manage client feedback and drive improvements in the estate planning process.
Assist in the development of marketing materials related to estate planning services.
Represent the company at industry networking events and seminars.
Requirements
Education
Master's degree in Law, Finance, or related field preferred
Experience
5+ years of experience in estate planning or related advisory services
