We are seeking a motivated Estate Planning Counselor to join our team. You will be responsible for providing personalized estate planning advice to clients, ensuring their assets are properly allocated and protected.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate client meetings to discuss estate planning options and documents.
• Educate clients about various estate planning tools and options that best meet their needs.
• Research and interpret estate planning laws and regulations applicable to client situations.
• Collaborate with the team to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Manage client feedback and drive improvements in the estate planning process.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials related to estate planning services.
• Represent the company at industry networking events and seminars.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Law, Finance, or related field preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in estate planning or related advisory services

Certifications

Languages

• Certification in elder law: Certification or related qualifications in elder law practices.
