The Pumping Supervisor will oversee all pumping operations, ensuring they are conducted safely and efficiently. This role requires a strong leader to manage a team of technicians, optimize processes, and meet regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
Lead the pumping operations team and foster a culture of safety.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Monitor and maintain performance metrics for all pumping activities.
Assess and manage risks associated with pumping operations.
Provide technical guidance and support to pumping staff.
Participate in budgeting and financial planning for operational needs.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
Facilitate performance appraisals and professional development for team members.
Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely service.
Prepare for and participate in audits and compliance reviews.
Requirements
Education
Master's degree in Engineering is preferred
Experience
Minimum of 7 years in the pumping operations field, with substantial supervisory experience.
