Job Description

The Pumping Supervisor will oversee all pumping operations, ensuring they are conducted safely and efficiently. This role requires a strong leader to manage a team of technicians, optimize processes, and meet regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the pumping operations team and foster a culture of safety.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and maintain performance metrics for all pumping activities.
  • Assess and manage risks associated with pumping operations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to pumping staff.
  • Participate in budgeting and financial planning for operational needs.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
  • Facilitate performance appraisals and professional development for team members.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely service.
  • Prepare for and participate in audits and compliance reviews.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Engineering is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 7 years in the pumping operations field, with substantial supervisory experience.
