Responsibilities

• Operate sewing, closing, and finishing machines for footwear assembly.
• Ensure machines are properly calibrated and functioning.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues during production.
• Assist in packaging and labeling finished products.
• Work closely with other departments to coordinate production flows.
• Engage in regular training to improve machine operation skills.
• Participate in safety meetings and contribute to a safe workplace.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in footwear manufacturing highly desirable

Languages
