Machine Feeders and Offbearers

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Design Assembler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling and testing various mechanical and electronic components, producing high-quality products, and ensuring they meet industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings for assembly.
• Perform quality assurance checks on products.
• Calibrate and adjust equipment as needed.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals.
• Assist in training new employees on assembly processes.
• Ensure all tools are maintained and in good working condition.
• Develop and implement improvements to assembly processes.
• Work with engineers to design better assembly methods.

Advantageous

• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles: Knowledge and application of Lean manufacturing methods to enhance efficiency.
• Knowledge of electronics and circuitry: Familiarity with electronic components and how they function within systems.
• Experience with 3D printing: Hands-on experience in using 3D printers for prototyping components.
