Agricultural Equipment Operator

Job Description

We seek an experienced Agricultural Equipment Operator to join our logistics team in safely transporting materials, equipment, and personnel to various job sites. This position requires a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) and experience in heavy equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maneuver various agricultural equipment safely.
• Plan and execute routing efficiently using GPS systems.
• Ensure proper securing of loads during transport.
• Assist in field operations and other logistical tasks as needed.
• Participate in training programs for equipment operation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Conduct safety audits and assist in ensuring compliance.
• Utilize fleet maintenance software for reporting issues.
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and readiness for repairs.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in heavy equipment operation is a plus.
