Responsibilities

• Assist in training new staff on equipment operation and safety.
• Record production data accurately.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure proper handling of materials and tools.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Training in glassworks is preferred

Experience

• Experience in glassworks is preferred but not required.

Technical Skills

• Machinery operation
• Quality control

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with operating machinery: Hands-on experience operating glass manufacturing equipment.
• Documentation: Experience with documenting production processes and quality checks.
