Cooler Man / Refrigeration Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cooler Man to join our team. As a Cooler Man, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing refrigeration systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex refrigeration systems and provide solutions.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to elongate system lifespan.
• Engage with clients to address service requests and provide updates on repairs.
• Ensure that daily operations comply with established safety protocols.
• Monitor system performance and make adjustments as necessary.
• Research and implement new technologies to enhance service efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in HVAC or a related field preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in refrigeration maintenance and repair.

Technical Skills

• Refrigerant Handling
• Electrical Systems Knowledge

Certifications

• NATE Certification
• HVAC Excellence Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
