As a Glove Printer, you'll have a nuanced role where your creativity will shine as you print various designs and logos onto gloves using specialized equipment. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various printing machines.
• Modify printing processes to enhance design accuracy.
• Work with designers to implement new printing techniques.
• Manage quality control throughout the production process.
• Provide feedback to the production team for process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Assist in training new employees on equipment usage.
• Engage in problem-solving during machine errors.
• Track production output and maintain records.
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding workflow.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Any certifications in printing technology are a plus

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in glove printing or related field

Technical Skills

• Color matching and blending
• Machine troubleshooting

Languages

• English: Fluent
