Join our dedicated team of Barrel Assemblers. You will be responsible for assembling barrels adhering to specific quality standards, ensuring each product meets our rigorous requirements. This role involves working with hand and power tools, inspecting materials, and collaborating with team members to improve the assembly process.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components of barrels such as staves and hoops.
• Utilize measuring instruments to ensure precise assembly.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to develop skills.
• Maintain efficient workflow to meet daily production goals.
• Assist in the management of inventory for barrel materials.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training in manufacturing or woodworking is a plus

Experience

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in barrel assembly or related manufacturing experience preferred

Technical Skills

• Basic math skills
• Knowledge of safe working procedures

Soft Skills

• Time management
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent
