Reeling Operator

Job Description

Join our manufacturing team as a Reeling Operator. In this role, you'll be responsible for operating the reeling machine, ensuring quality standards are maintained while producing fiber optic cables. Candidates should have a keen attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with quality control standards during the reeling process.
• Monitor production efficiency and recommend improvements.
• Assist in training new operators on machine operation and safety procedures.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production updates and challenges.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical training in machine operation preferred

Experience

• Experience in operating and maintaining machinery in manufacturing settings highly preferred.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
