Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tests on seed quality.
• Analyze data and compile reports on test results.
• Support the Seed Production Team in quality assessments.
• Assist in maintaining the laboratory inventory.
• Implement new testing protocols as needed.
• Conduct root and seedling assessments.
• Participate in research projects related to seed genetics.
• Help ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping.
• Engage in troubleshooting laboratory equipment issues.
• Collaborate with other departments for cross-functional support.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Biology, Agriculture, or related field

Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant laboratory experience

Technical Skills

• Statistical Analysis

Languages

• English: Fluent
