As a Burr Grinder at Coffee Craft Inc., you will be responsible for grinding coffee beans to the perfect consistency for brewing. Your expertise in various coffee types will allow you to make adjustments to the grinder settings to meet specific blend requirements. This role is essential for maintaining the high quality of our coffee products.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate the grinder to achieve the desired grind size for different coffee blends.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in the work area.
• Conduct quality checks of ground coffee to maintain product standards.
• Document grinder performance and maintenance logs accurately.
• Collaborate with the Quality Control team to ensure product consistency.
• Participate in training sessions for continuous skill development.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in a coffee shop setting preferred

Languages
