Job Description

As a Cleaning, Washing, and Metal Pickling Equipment Operator at ABC Laundry Services, you will be responsible for the efficient operation and upkeep of industrial washing machines. This role requires a strong attention to detail and a commitment to following safety standards. You will load and unload textiles, adjust wash settings, and ensure that each load is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Working in a fast-paced environment, your ability to maintain quality control and collaborate with colleagues will be vital to our success.

Responsibilities

• Feed textiles into the washing machines and oversee the washing process.
• Adjust wash settings according to the type and condition of the textiles.
• Ensure proper cleaning agents are used according to fabric guidelines.
• Inspect washed items for quality assurance and sort accordingly.
• Conduct daily equipment checks for performance and maintenance.
• Document machine usage and maintenance logs for operational accuracy.
• Assist in training new staff on machine operations and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in operating industrial washing machines is preferred
