Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Survey Researcher who will create and conduct polls to gather data on public opinion regarding various political and social issues. As part of our dynamic team, you will analyze and interpret the data to provide insights to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop survey strategies and methodologies that align with research objectives.
• Implement and oversee data collection processes, ensuring high-quality data integrity.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their polling needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Identify trends in data sets and present findings in a meaningful way.
• Mentor newer team members in best practices of survey research.
• Monitor industry trends and adapt polling techniques accordingly.
• Participate in strategic meetings to discuss project directions and outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in related fields such as Statistics, Sociology, or Political Science
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in conducting polls and analyzing survey data
