Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Brownfield Redevelopment Specialist to lead our brownfields practice. The ideal candidate will bring extensive knowledge in environmental regulations and project management, coupled with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage brownfield redevelopment projects from start to finish.
• Develop scopes of work, budgets, and schedules for projects.
• Oversee site assessments, investigations, and remediation efforts.
• Engage with clients to understand project needs and expectations.
• Prepare and present findings in public forums and meetings.
• Collaborate with environmental engineers and consultants to optimize project delivery.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Review and approve technical documentation related to projects.
• Cultivate new business opportunities through networking and relationship-building.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Brownfields consulting
