Job Description

We are looking for skilled Cutting, Punching, and Press Machine Setters and Operators to join our dedicated manufacturing team in Detroit. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating various cutting and punching machines with a commitment to precision and safety.

Responsibilities

• Use CAD software to input design specifications into cutting machines.
• Train new operators on machine operations and safety protocols.
• Collaborate on process improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
• Monitor material inventory and notify supervisors of supply needs.
• Participate in safety meetings and contribute to a culture of safety.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Post-secondary education in manufacturing or engineering is a plus.

Experience

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in machine operation and production.
