Rolling Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender

Job Description

We are seeking skilled Rolling Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders who can effectively set up and operate rolling machines for metal and plastic fabrication. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of engineering drawings and quality standards to ensure precision in production.

Responsibilities

• Operate rolling machines to produce tubes to specific dimensions.
• Interpret and follow work orders with precision.
• Perform quality checks on products and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on rolling machines.
• Work closely with the engineering team to improve production efficiency.
• Document production data and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2+ years of experience operating rolling machines or similar equipment

Technical Skills

• Machine Operation
• Blueprint Reading

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with CNC machines: Experience with CNC machine operation is a plus.
• Knowledge of Quality Control Standards: Understanding of ISO or similar quality control systems.
