Job Description

As an Investment Consultant, you'll be responsible for guiding clients in their investment decisions. You'll leverage your analytical skills to research markets, craft investment strategies, and monitor portfolio performance. Your expertise will help clients achieve their financial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research to inform investment strategies.
• Advise clients on asset allocation and risk management techniques.
• Keep up-to-date with industry developments and financial regulations.
• Collaborate with financial analysts and portfolio managers to optimize client portfolios.
• Present investment strategies in client meetings to ensure understanding and buy-in.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Master’s degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in investment consulting or a related field

Technical Skills

• Excellent analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Bloomberg Terminal
• Knowledge of investment strategies

Soft Skills

• Strong decision-making abilities
• Effective communication skills
• Customer service oriented

Certifications

• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
• Series 7 and 63 licenses

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Master’s degree in Finance or related field: Advanced education that may enhance analytical capabilities.
• Experience working with high-net-worth clients: Preferred experience in managing and advising high-net-worth individuals.
• Familiarity with alternative investments: Experience with investment strategies involving private equity or hedge funds.
