Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Financial Planner to join our growing team in Phoenix. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional financial advice and develop tailored financial plans to guide clients towards achieving their financial goals. Key responsibilities include analyzing clients' financial situations, creating comprehensive financial plans, and monitoring clients' progress.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends and economic conditions to inform client strategies.
  • Together with clients, adjust financial goals based on life changes.
  • Utilize financial planning software to create and maintain client plans.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review progress and adjust strategies.
  • Promote a client-centric approach to financial planning.
  • Document all client interactions and financial advice provided.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial services and client management
